Texas Teen Driver Statistics

It’s a known fact that there are teen drivers who have terrible vehicle accidents. Many of these vehicle accidents can be blamed on inexperience, texting while driving or drunk driving. Although there have been recent action to reduce the amount of teen drivers texting and driving, the results are still waiting to improve.

Can Wrong Way on Toll Way Signs Reduce the Number of Vehicle Accidents?

According to the Dallas Morning News, wrong-way crashes have caused untimely deaths on North Texas Tollway Authority roads—four in the first seven months of the year 2009. Most of these vehicle accidents involved drivers who were affected by alcohol or drugs. 

What if an Uninsured Motorist Hits Me?

It is illegal  for an uninsured driver to drive a vehicle in the state of Texas, or in any other state for that matter. Insurance Journal stated that the national average is about one in seven uninsured drivers. The statistics are staggering, not only because driving without insurance is against the law, but also because it is a crime that is so easily discovered by police.
