Auto Accidents
Everyday, individuals and families see their futures changed forever by accidents involving automobiles and trucks. Automobile and truck crashes account for more injuries nationwide than any other type of accidents.
Many of these accidents are caused by drivers who are driving recklessly or failing to obey traffic laws. At The Rasansky Law Firm, we think you shouldn't be forced to live with the consequences of the reckless or illegal acts of others. We work hard for our clients to make sure the responsible parties must pay in cases involving automobile and truck accidents..

Medical Malpractice
Medical Malpractice to as medical negligence, medical malpractice occurs when a physician fails to properly treat a medical condition, resulting in a new or aggravating injury to the patient. Medical malpractice claims may arise when a physician acts in a manner that would be considered unacceptable when compared to how another physician with similar training might act.
Many people don?t realize that doctors aren?t the only medical professionals whom patients can sue for malpractice. In fact, most health care providers including chiropractors, therapists, nurses, psychologists and dentists are subject to such legal action.
Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect
Nursing homes may not retaliate against a resident, family member or employee who makes a complaint. Talk To an Attorney.
If a loved one is injured or dies as a result of nursing home abuse and/or neglect, Texas law allows you or your family to file a private lawsuit against the nursing home for claims resulting from negligence and/or wrongful death.
Do not procrastinate. Memories fade, evidence such as medical/nursing records can be altered, destroyed or lost. Bad situations rarely improve on their own. Act now (not a month or a year from now) to protect yourself, your loved ones and your rights.

The FLSA also provides that nonexempt employees who work more than 40 hours in the workweek must receive at least one and one-half times their regular rate of pay for the overtime hours (hours worked over 40 in a workweek). A workweek, which can begin on any day of the week, is 7 consecutive 24-hour periods or 168 consecutive hours.
