2 Killed in Miami in Second Crane Collapse in 2 Weeks
A crane at a construction site for a 40-story luxury condominium in Miami collapsed today, killing two workers and injuring four others. Cranes and crane operators in Florida are not regulated or licensed by the state, a fact that the Legislature is looking to change.
