United Cerebral Palsy fights for the rights of people with any disability but specifically pays special attention to Cerebral Palsy. CPParent is a fantastic community brought together through email listserves. At the website level, archives are available from March 1996 through the present. Discussions are often loose - anything to help families struggling with cerebral palsy is welcome.
